Wholesale Kitchen Towels

If you run an industrial kitchen, consider purchasing wholesale kitchen towels. Why? It just doesn’t make any sense to buy these rags anywhere else.

Rags? Yes, rags. You see, after a few weeks of working with any cloth inside of an industrial kitchen, they will soon become nearly unrecognizable. Consider all of the drips, spills, wipes, and hot ovens that regular pieces of cloth will face, and you will easily begin to see why wholesale kitchen towels make the most sense. You can buy these in bulk at nearly any industrial kitchen retailer, or you can order them online. Now, for the most part, it doesn’t matter what these cloths look like, but there are still some things to consider.

Believe it or not, many industrial kitchen suppliers sell cloths that are various colors. While you can put blue or black cloths into your kitchen, this is not generally considered clean and pristine. Since you have an industrial space, you will want to place towels that are crisp and free of dyes into that space. This is precisely why most restaurants choose to buy white towels (they also happen to match those clever chefs hats). Once you have done all of your purchasing for the year (yes, you can buy a whole year’s supply), you will have to think about how to wash all of those white cloths.

While some smaller restaurants actually do their own laundry, the best way to avoid any complaints from the health department is to send out your towels to a laundry service. These professional cleaners will get any stains out of those cloths, and they will also return them pressed, folded, and ready to go. Also, consider taking a close inventory on those cloths just to be sure that none of them disappear during the year (though some will be thrown away). As you can see, wholesale kitchen towels are really the best possible option.
